  • Review of dashboard trends and performance insights

In our discussions, we share trend data—such as average timelines, prevailing rates, and determination outcomes—so clients can see the bigger picture of how cases are progressing. Regular status reports complement this by providing detailed lists of open and closed cases, refund information, and other relevant updates tailored to each client’s needs. 

 Importantly, these tools are designed to promote clarity and transparency, not to give one party an advantage over another. FHAS’s impartial role as an IDR entity remains at the forefront, while ensuring both parties can have confidence in the process.

Each client is paired with a designated Account Services representative but also has access to our entire support team. The goal is simple: provide timely communication, answer questions, and deliver the clarity clients need—always with the impartiality that defines FHAS’s role in IDR.
