Make a Payment for an IDR Dispute

If there are any questions about submitting payment on your dispute, please contact our finance team at IDREpayments@fhas.com

  • For all disputes initiated before 1/1/23  you should submit payment using the 2022 IDR payment schedule, according to the claim type listed on your payment request email.

 

  • For all disputes initiated on or after 1/1/23 AND before 1/22/24 you should submit payment using the 2023 IDR payment schedule, according to the claim type listed on your payment request email.

 

When determining the correct batch claim type to make payment on, refer to your payment request email which lists the correct amount to be paid, or select the batch claim type button that corresponds to the number of item(s) and/or service(s) that are involved in the dispute.

 

  • For all disputes initiated on or after 1/22/24 you should submit payment using the 2024 IDR payment schedule, according to the claim type listed on your payment request email.

 

When determining the correct batch claim type to make payment on, refer to your payment request email which lists the correct amount to be paid, or select the batch claim type button that corresponds to the number of item(s) and/or service(s) that are involved in the dispute.
